Damaged or defective items

  • Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Fast Gas Charger by either phone, post or e-mail before they are returned. All and any goods sent back without prior confirmation from UK Fast Gas will be sent back at your cost.

All returns are the sole responsibility customer and liability remains with the customer until they reach returns departments.

  • If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused and undamaged condition. We will refund the cost of the purchase; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

*We accept returns & will refund in full for any reason, provided product is returned as new, unused & unopened.

*Checks will be made, especially with smoking paraphernalia that return items are unused, not damaged and unopened.

*All returns must reach us within 10 days from the date you received them.

*We will reverse payment direct to your bank account within 5 days of receipt.

How to return items

Please include a written note as to why you are returning the item(s).

Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction documents etc. that were sent with the product(s).

Be sure all item are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged.

All promotional and special offers, e.g. buy one get one free, must be returned in their entirety.
