Why Has My Order Not Arrive Yet
All orders from this website please allow 3 to 7 business days to reach you. Sometimes it is out of our control as we rely on our transporters to deliver to you. Please read our Shipping Policy, if you have further query then please do contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve. Please track your order by using the website link or go to the courier site.

All orders made before 3 pm will be sent out the next (work)day, the actual delivery time depends on the country you reside in. For a complete list of delivery estimations based on your country of residence see the list below. Do note these are estimations and may vary slightly:
Romania – 4-5 working days
Italy – 4-5 working days
Germany 4– 6 working days
France – 2-4 working days
Sweden – 3-6 working days
Denmark 2– 3 working days
Spain – 4-7 working days
Ireland – 2-4 working days
Norway – 5-7 working days
